The registration period for the 2017-2018 Rugby Player season will close on Saturday morning at 10:00, April 28th, 2018. To be eligible for the State Championship a player must be on the official RugbyWA roster and be available to play in at least 2 games in the qualifying season. And the semi's are considered part of the tournament and do not qualify for one of the 2 matches requirement.
Welcome to a new year of rugby! The Rugby Year is from September 1st of 2017 thru August 31, 2018. When you register and make your first payment, we will put you on the roster and arrange for a USAR Registration CIPP Number.
Grades 9th-12th players pay $50 plus $30 USAR.
Grades 7th-8th players pay $50 plus $20 USAR.
Grades 5th-6th players pay $25 plus $20 USAR.
Grades 1st-4th players pay $25 plus $5 USAR.
Registration now pays for your availability to play in the 2018 Spring 15 a-side season as well as your USA CIPP fee which is good up to August 31st, 2018. Additional club fees, tours and trip fees will be managed by your clubs and coaches.
Rugby WA fees pay for fields during state championships, refs throughout the season, extra certified trainers, etc required at all match locations.
Step 1: Player Information - Please fill in all the account and player fields.
Step 2: Fees - Payment Options showing the combined amount of your RugbyWA dues and USA Rugby dues will be displayed.
Step 3: Waivers – Please print, read, and sign the waivers, if your child is under 18 years old please initial the boxes provided. If you are over 18 and reading this, you may add your initials but please read the waivers or talk to your parents. Once initialed and signed these waivers must be delivered to your affiliated club.
Step 4: Submit Registration - click the "Submit Information" button.
Step 5: Payment - Your credit card payment will be processed through Sport Ngin’s secure website. Your credit card statement will show payment made to RUGBYWA. Please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information handy.
At this time you will choose your payment plan.
Note: Your registration will be uploaded to the team roster when your 1st full or partial payment is made. Partial payments will be debited to your account in 2 more equal payments. That first payment will be used to CIPP your player at USAR.
Step 6: You will receive an email receipt for registration payment. Please save this message in the event your club requires a copy of confirmation or in case questions arise.
If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a 15% discount on the second child's registration fee and a 20% discount on the third or additional child's registration fee.
In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.
